Day 1
Today will be my first day in Tae Kwon Do. I have mixed emotions. I am very motivated to do this and have a very big interest in it. However, I am nervous because everyone is telling me that at 41 I am crazy to start this. I don't see it this way and I definately don't feel 41. Lets see.

I've just turned 56, I'm the mum of a ten year old near black belt (cho dan bo) and wife to another one. We've all been training for around 2 years now and all love the sport.. I like the idea of a forum for us late (but great) starters.. Hope the site goes well. Feel free to look me up in Facebook too.
