These were my notes for the black belt endurance test. I hope this was a good experience overall for my students.

This is the breakdown of the endurance test:
- 7:30-8:00am: Warm-up and Stretch
- 8:00-9:15am: 5-mile run
- 9:30-11:00am: Indoor endurance
The following are the indoor tasks:
- 100 jumping-jacks
- 30 second pushups (x3)
- 30 jump-front kicks
- 10 knuckle pushups
- 80 pushups
- 50 leg-lifts
- 80 situps
