SalasTKD: Martial Arts for Extended Care

These were my notes for the black belt endurance test. I hope this was a good experience overall for my students.



This is the breakdown of the endurance test:
  1. 7:30-8:00am: Warm-up and Stretch
  2. 8:00-9:15am: 5-mile run
  3. 9:30-11:00am: Indoor endurance

The following are the indoor tasks:
  • 100 jumping-jacks
  • 30 second pushups (x3)
  • 30 jump-front kicks
  • 10 knuckle pushups
  • 80 pushups
  • 50 leg-lifts
  • 80 situps
